Default 964 with 75 miles... $130,000?

I don't know if my conversion is correct?
UK£ 79 990 = 128 903.885 U.S. dollars

http://www.johnhollandsales.co.uk/ve...asp?ID=1123081

Finished In: GUARDS RED WITH LINEN LEATHER PIPED RED. YES THAT MILEAGE IS CORRECT JUST 75 MILES FROM NEW WHICH MUST MAKE IT THE ONLY 964 IN THE WORLD WITH DELIVERY MILEAGE.

(911jetta edit: that probably is the most "delivery mileage" I've ever seen... isn't it usually 20 to 30 miles?)

THIS STUNNING CAR HAS BEEN STORED IN A HEATED GARAGE FROM NEW BY THE CARS ORIGINAL OWNER AND JUST BEEN RECOMMISSIONED BY PORSCHE LEEDS. EXACTLY AS THE DAY IT WAS FISRT DELIVERED INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL MATS AND STICKERS. THE BOOK PACK IS ALL COMPLETE AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY TO BUY A UNIQUE PIECE OF HISTORY THAT WILL NOT LOOK OUT OF PLACE IN ANY COLLECTION !!

It is interesting as a novelty piece, but not worth that price IMHO.

I would like to take it apart to see every part as new.

so be interesting to count the depreciation per 1000miles. betcha its a real steep curve.

if i had that kind of money to spend on a porsche (i do not), would much rather to this one for about $20,000 more (flatnose 94 turbo with about 13,000 miles).
plus it would its been driven a bit (not a bad thing?) and by way of gov't regulations fully serviced/maintained and updated every 2 yrs.

Hell for $130k i can find you a 94 turbo S that hasn't been modified like that one and is in excellent condition.

The 964 above is a time capsule and belongs amongst a collection of like cars that have never been driven for someone to ogle at. If you can afford that one you can afford a turbo S and a Driver too and who knows how many others.

There was a 928 S4 with 617 miles in original condition that sold for well over $100k and others like it. There is always someone out there that wants a time capsule like this.

at this point in time, based on info my bro in law in japan has been provided, we remain of the opinion is in a from the factory 94 flachbau (flatnose) euro spec turbo.....and not "converted"....(virtually all porsche in japan are euro spec).

i'm doing tad better at about$1.05 per mile based (106,000km)....strong argument not to buy cars new as these numbers may be better than most makes....and how many 20yr old cars still would hold up as well as these.
