Has anyone had their car into Porschtek in Leeds? Fairly new set up with fully
qualified ex JCT technicians I believe. I'm coming up for an oil service and a
few small jobs need doing. Would appreciate candid comments by PM or on the

I know a guy who lives in Huddersfield who uses Porschtek, heard they do the smallest of jobs and are very helpful and friendly. If you want I can give you his email, and you can ask in detail.

Thanks Norm - yes please give me you friends email & I will contact him direct. I have used Strasse several times but I find they are a bit pricey on menu servicing and their hourly rate.

I have used Porschtek before and was down there again on Saturday to ask for some advice. They replaced the clutch slave cylinder for me before and as Norm says they are very helpful and friendly and I will continue to use them in future. Labour rates are £55 p/h which I don't think is too bad though I don't know how that compares to Strasse.

I have been using Porschtek for a couple of years now with my 996TT, highly recommend them, dealt with Tony back when he was at Porsche centre Leeds for many years, top guys, always been great on price, main thing they always passionately look after my car. Another good place is specialist cars of Malton, bought my car from them, good set up.
