H4 SilverStar plus

I just bought a set of H4 lights from Wachuko, need to buy some bulbs, was thinking I would use Sylvania Silverstar Plus, what wattage should I get? and what is the number for the bulb? Any other ideas would be welcome.

Carefull with high watage, the loom wont/cant take. Things burn out, melt ect.
