Default Garage Tips

Just thought I would start a thread on handy things for the garage that you would not think of.

We needed a new vacuum for the house, the old one worked perfectly well but was about 20 years old and vacuum technology has come a long way.

So that left me with the problem of with what to do with the old one. I could have thrown it out or sold it on craigslist for $20. But I thought lets give it a try in the garage !

Man this is the best thing since sliced bread !! I don't have one of those fancy painted garage floors (yet) and I get all kinds of little rocks and dirt from my truck and other cars. Just put the vacuum at the lowest setting and you will have the cleanest floor in town.

Go out to Craigslist and find old heavy duty upright from a hotel or something and park it in your garage. You won't be sorry !!
