does anyone know why the front bumper on the blue speedster looks like it is bent up on the bottom grills? Is that normal?

Normal? Well, sort of...
It's been bent from a nose-scraping impact with a dip during its worldly travels.
It can be easily fixed.

It's pretty rare to find beautiful custom leather interior like that (they are usually ugly !)...

Too bad there's this third brake 'snorkel' light in the USA, it really breaks the line of the car.
