1990 C2 Coupe for sale
Folks,
Chet's car is up for sale. I will take additional photos. Including Chet, this is a three owner car. Car has been in Florida all its life.
1990 Porsche 911 C2 (964) Grand Prix White/Blue
VIN: WP0AB2967LS451422
Price: US$19K
Miles: 136K miles - Chet bought it with 124,588 miles in 2006. This was their 3rd car so it was mostly used for pleasure driving.
1st owner 08/31/1990 - 09/30/1997 - Miles when purchased: 258
2nd owner 09/30/1997 - 03/17/2006 - Miles when purchased: 61,171
3rd owner (Chet) 03/17/2006 - till today. Miles when purchased: 124,588
Big Red Brakes
Bilstein Shocks all around
All new oil lines (engine to oil tank, oil tank to filter, both long lines of engine to oil coolers, and small ones around oil tank and thermostat). Done at TroySport.
New clutch, fork update, and pedal assembly. Done at Porsche of Orlando.
All services current (all done at Troysport during the second owner, and at Porsche of Orlando during Chet's ownership)
Carrera Cup wheels
Tear drop mirrors
Fabspeed Max-Flow muffler (currently setup for single exhaust but second tip comes with the car)
Clear side markers (originals included)
H4 headlights (seen in the photo without the outside rim, but the rims are also included with the car, he just liked the black look...)
All new shift linkage bushings (documented here in the forum)
New steering rack
Rear wall (plastic piece) for spoiler replaced
Only thing this car needs is:
-Engine mounts as the one in the car are pretty tired.
-A/C does not hold a charge (only last a couple of months). Everything in the A/C is new. Including dryer, compressor, etc. All factory parts. Dealer installed a new evaporator a few years (Sep '07) back but still has an issue holding the charge. We have all receipts of the work. So that will have to be sorted by the new owner.
-Rust spot at base of windshield
-Leather shift boot shows wear. Not broken but not pristine
-Hood shocks were removed. I will install them again.
Like I said, I will have the car today and will give take interior and exterior photos. Solid car. Will post price once I discuss it with Yvonne.
