Pulled the trigger on a '90 C4 yesterday. 115k miles, rebuilt at 60k miles. Every
thing works, no oil leaks, pulls hard, has a little trouble starting now and then and the drivers window clunks going up and down sometimes. $15k.

Anyone have a good idea what to do with those rims? Paint them silver? Paint the gold portion black? The front end has got to come down 2" too.

Nice car congratulations!!!!.... Do you like the rims???? I say ditch them and get some cup1's or Speedline 3 piece. I dont think they look right on the car but thats just my taste. If i was going to keep them i would paint the center silver.

I don't like the gold that's for sure. I might just paint the centers silver. Where can I get decent wheel paint?

LOL. It's something of a tradition that the first post in reply on one of these threads should also suggest the first mod.

Welcome.

Congrats and welcome. Don't paint the wheels, swap them for Cup I's and get some PSS9 or 10s to fix the stance. Looks like a very fine example!

Nice car and congrats!! I prefer other wheels as well but those do give it a mid 80's Miami Vice look. Might be able to tone it down a little with silver instead of gold.

Nice car. Lose the wheels though. They wouldn't even look good on Crocket's car LOL.

Congrats and welcome.

Those Gold BBS rims are classic. looks like it matches with the interior. Secretly I have a crush on late 80's Trans Am GTA in black with gold BBS style rims so I dig em.

I think if the wheels were an inch bigger and you car was two inches lower i'd rock it..

OR you could get some spacers and some lower profile tires.. that'd look great too

"An inch bigger"..."two inches lower"..."I'd rock it"

Yeah...that reminds me of this girl I knew in college.

Sorry...struck me as funny.
