Smashed Fog Light Lens
Just went out to the garage and my lefthand (drivers side USA) foglight lense is smashed. No idea how it happened but actually very glad whatever hit it did so instead of damaging the bumper.
Is it possible to replace just the glass or is the entire $150 unit the only option?

Is it possible to change just the lens? No. The fogs are sold as an assembly. I had a stone break a lens about 10 years ago and searched hard to find just the lens. I later learned its not available and ended up purchasing a new fog assembly.

I replaced both of mine a few years back and had to buy the whole light assembly. I managed to find a protective sticker that you stick on the lense - probably 8th of an inch thick, which protects the lense in the future. Seems to be working well so far! I guess somewhere like Pelican should stock these?

Does anyone have a passenger side fog light they want to part with?

I bought 4" wide protective strips... that can be used on multiple locations on the car. Strips for the headlights, fog lights, door jams, etc. Cut, trim, invisible protection.
Something like this:

When I had my 964 I bought a kit by Xpel. IIRC made of 3mm 3M "tape". You can also buy rolls of the tape on eBay and cut them to fit. They just won't have Xpel's lens replacement guarantee (up to $1k I think). I bought a roll and used it on the door sills of my Mariner.
Check eBay for foglights or maybe just the lens - they show up occassionally.

We don't need no stinkin' fog lights
Take out those fogs and put on the air intakes and then change the amber lenses on the turn lights to clear lenses w/ orange bulbs !! What ???....am I wrong..?? Just sayin.......... ... ...

Sorry
Looks like my old left foglamp is on holiday. Can't find it, so I probably gave it away years ago. Sorry for raising expectations.
+1 on Xpel, which is 3M film. Easy to cut and install. It's been on my head lights for three years now and looks like new.

Cheapest source for a new one that I've been able to find so far is autopartswarehouse.com at $120.95 (no affil). Anybody have experience dealing with this web site?

No ducts on this car. If it had been the C4 then yes, they look great, but this one is staying 100% stock. The PO kept it perfect and immaculate just like it was new and I want to continue that. I actually have a set of clear corners and bumperette replacements from the C4.
Thanks everyone for advice and help as always...
