Default No Alternator Warning Light at check then Diff Warning - 90 C4

Hi, Thanks for reading my post. This problem has been there since I bought it.
Sometimes, yes not always, when turning on the key, but not starting the engine, the alternator warning light doesn't illuminate. Then, after turning on the engine, the alternator warning stays off but the differential warning light illuminates and doesn't go away until I hit some gas to turn it off.
I am wondering if the alternator is not generating enough power. But how can I check?

These are the signs of the classic "Clock" problem. The problems are created by bad solder joints inside the time of day clock on the dash. The solution is pretty easy if you're handy with a soldering iron. A search on here should reveal the details. Try this.

Regards

Thank you. I also had the airbag/seatbelt warning lights issue. I thought I needed to ask somebody to reset the computer.
I will try this. Hopefully, I take some pics, too.
