I was checking my Litres per Kilometre today.
I was wondering what others get. I am getting 15.8....my V8 BMW gets 14.2.
I guess a bunch of you guys will be on MPG. let me know anyway and I can convert.

Depends entirely upon how I drive. I have averaged 27 mpg on mostly-highway trips, and as low as 14 mpg when I stayed mostly in town.
I am pretty certain track mileage will get into the single digits, but do not have enough track miles to measure.
How do you like the 540? I have a frield who loves/hates his. Performance is fantastic, but his reliability has been extremely poor.
I think you mean kilometres per litre, or else you have a major fuel leak.

Canada's standard measure of fuel consumption is litres per 100 km, which means low numbers are better. I average right around 10 litres per 100k in mostly highway driving, and more like 13 or 14 in city driving - which I see is about 24 & 17 miles per US gallon respectively. If you're using the same measure in NZ, that's about 15 miles per US gallon. Depending how you drive, could be entirely reasonable. ![evilgrin](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/evilgrin.gif)
I grew up with imperial gallons and miles, so I've always had to try to convert...there used to be little slide-rule-like calculators available in the service stations, but I haven't seen one for years.

Mine goes from as low as 13 liters per 100 kms to a high of 18-20 liters per 100 (very fast highway driving: 230/240 kms/h)
I try not to drive it downtown, but I get around 15 liters in that kind of driving

Good. It looks like my car is running about right on fuel mileage.
Interesting that my heavy 4.4litre BMW V8 gets better fuel mileage than my light 3.6 litre porsche.
I guess its 13 years extra technology.
