on the constructive side, get yourself some automobile cleaning clay and clay the **** off that kicked up 'overspray'.
(It was originally brought out for just this problem in the auto painting world: cleaning off overspray. Go figure. Now, nobody connects it that much with that original duty...)

Actually, I perversely liked the white-on-black splatter. Gave it a super 'Go Fast' look!
First I went with hot water and Dawn dish soap. Then I went with Bug and Tar remover that was safe on paint. Then more soap and hot water. Finally clay bar and lubricant like elbee964 suggested. It took a lot of time and patience.
