Time to change the rotors!
So what do you suggest where to order pelican parts or something else? Car is Carrera 4 92`. I will only change front rotors and pads, as I saw on pelican front rotor is 85 USD and set of pads are 63 USD!

I just bought rotors for my '92 from http://brakeperformance.com
..I shopped around and they had the best prices I could find. Also, here is a great source for Hawk pads:

I've beat the hell out of brakeperformance.com slotted rotors on track using PFC-97's w/o wear and/or any other issues whatsoever. The zinc'd slot and hat areas still look as new.
Those (4) were $308.82 to my door. Seems a rather good deal no ? Especially considering that the slotting is actually side-to-side directionally correct.

Nothing wrong with Ate or for that matter Brembo or Balo.
I'd go with the lowest priced reputable brand available, especially if all you'll be using it for is the street.
Pads are a personal thing.
I've always like low dust pads and have enjoyed using Repco/Axiss pads in the past. Very reasonably priced (usually under $30) and works fine.
I also like Akebono but doesn't seem like Akebono makes pads for Porsche.
