Couple quick notes - the door locking things with the blinky red lights were removed - the alarm functions normally, we decided it looked cleaner without the silly pop-up things. The actuating rod simply pops off and the entire pop-up piece slides up and out. Also, the mirror adjuster isn't something frequently used, so we opted for a cleaner appearance and hid it on the inside of the door - still there if needed.
