I am in the middle of doing the spoiler bearing transmission repair as mentioned here

I have everything stripped down, I have removed the bearing and i reckon this is the replacement, what do you guys think, i am a bit thrown as the p-car fix states £2.00 and this one is £8.00, i am not bothered with the cost, I just want to make double sure before i order.

Hi Dave,

Not sure about the bearing that you provide the link to but for what it's worth I did mine last year having bought the bearing on Ebay and the chap is still advertising - just search for item no. 300320992220. Cost is £9.99 inclusive of VAT and postage.

Just replaced this bearing for the princely sum of £1.44! Far cheaper than a seized gearbox and new motor and no more coffee grinder noises. I now notice the price is 13p lower on ebay!
