Default Braking problem /ABS ???

This weekend at the track I noticed that I would run out of brakes a few laps in.
Padel was firm and high but no brakes I also noticed no ABS or it seems that they never kicked in .

Came in and it does not look like I over heated the fiuld (racing blue changed before every event)

Here are the details
1994 C2
993 TT Fronts with Yellows
993 NA rears
Hoosiers

whould not do it till the middle of the session , and seem to recover.

Thanks for the help

New pads? That's the only time I've experienced that type of braking issue. I put them in before a race--Pagid Orange--and I had to drive ridiculously slow for the next 30 minutes (yes, even more so than usual ).

"no ABS" = tires never locked up, or tires locked up w/ no evidence of ABS?

I run this config, too, with Pagid Black in the rear. I never have any trouble with cooking the fluid, but I never let the pads get thinner than 50%. How much thickness is left in your pads?
