Is it possible to do an oil change by sucking the oil out of the car through the dip stick with one of those oil suckers like the oil boy? Thanks

No,because you have oil in engine block as well as the side tank.

Also, you would not get all the oil out of the tank. Any residue/water from condensation, would remain.
you also want to look at/clean your magnetic drain plugs.Changing the oil in our cars is just different, not hard.
