Any ideas as to what the differences is between the two kits, apart from price??
Which is the best clutch for road use and occasional trackdays??
Can of worms duly opened.....

ViperBob here is saying this to me for similar mixed use C2:
RS Disk (OEM = Sachs?)
965 Pressure Plate (OEM = Sachs?)
LWFW (OEM = ?)
As for who exactly is the original equipment source to Porsche, I don't really much care; Porsche and those smarter than me (ViperBob for example) have satisfied themselves through experience that this is the preferred approach for performance using the most trusted/legitimate parts. At some point you've got to trust someone eh ? The hard part is often wading thru sources and marketing bull**** and finally determining where to place that trust; for value in Porsche performance, with value having a price component - especially in the current economic climate.
Above bits with all ancillary pieces for extremely competitive price point via ViperBob (no affiliations). His advice/counsel was first rate IMO.
