I think this is a great idea. Please get it done as soon as possible and post pics during the whole process. Pick the blue though, orange is too similar to what you already have.

Where you getting it done, what about air bubbles, how long can you leave it on? What happens to paint underneath, how good do they trim it, how do they cope with sharp curves etc etc.???
What other prices have you had?

hello.......as to price i have been quoted around £900.00...for a not happy dont pay deal............up here in Scotland we are a bit limited with choice of wrap shops,so waiting for one other quote but the company are on holiday at the moment
wrap should last if looked after between 5 and 7 years.....which works out over a 5 year period at 0.49 pence per day......not bad in my opinion compared to the cost of a full respray..........if the wrap is removed correctly have been guaranteed paintwork will be as it was before wrap was done
my biggest headache is picking the bloody colour

I have my choice of respray narrowed down to 2 colors also, but I'm leaning heavily towards Orange as above.. I'm in the process of disassembly now, so I need to make up my mind quick! Thanks for the pics!

I like the orange but it doesn't seem too different from what you already have. I think you need to get something in sharp contrast to the existing color so I'll vote for Signal Green!

That green APCup is pure sex... No way anyone can argue on that color. Except some women I guess..
Last week I was investigating and talked to a local Car wrap place here and I was quoted 2500 - 3500 CAD (£1400 - £1900). Of course I'll continue shopping around..

The car i have seen real life is the black cabrio , the pictures are above in my post.
they only do the outside, so al the doors and lids are underneath red, so when you open a door you see direcly the other colour.
That was what i really didn't like, the mirrors and other curves are no problem they make that without air bubbels or wrinckles.
the cars shown of ap car design are painted no foil ( just to be sure)

They can't cover the entire car, as that would make it a full colour change and it would have to be registered as such with the DVLA. Apparently they leave the door shuts etc. un-covered to comply with the law. Just found that out yesterday from a bodyshop friend... don't know why it came up?
