Brake line fittings
In the process of replacing my rubber brake lines with the stainless steel type. Any advise on how to remove the old hard lines without destroying them. i was able to get them loose but the nut must be rusted to the hard line so they just want to twist up. Oil, Heat then cut off and replace seems to be the process.

I'm in the same predicament! I have replaced 3 out of 4 easily. One line on the driver's rear is frozen. Adding to the problem is that I have a TIP, which is wider than a slush box, thus making access much harder.
I am periodically soaking the fitting with nut buster, and will try again (after my DE in 2 weeks). If I destroy the hard line, I may need to drop the engine/tranny to get back to the distribution block buried in the chassis.

I ended up cutting the old rubber host off at the stuck fitting, then i was able to remove the end of the hose from the fitting. Attached the stainless the same way just thread it on the tightened it up.
Replaced the hard line at the caliper with these from the local parts store, bend to fit

You did well there Jim. When I changed mine the rubber hoses wouldn't come undone at the other end which meant that I ended up breaking much more expensive brake lines!
