Door switch rotten rubber replacement

Make sure the rubber is letting the switch fully extend (if that makes sense). I had an issue with battery drain. It seemed to be due to the door switch not working due to the rubber not letting the switch trigger when the door was open, so they system that monitors the door, after the car is turned off would stay on........ kinda weird, but it all went away when I removed the rubber cap...... (you can use the power window with the car off, until the door is opened.....)

Nice! I did this yesterday. It's one of those small things that makes a big appearance difference and sends the clear message, "I care about this car".
Easy, quick, cheap. A rare trifecta in 911 maintenence.
