Bilstein HD / HR Green vs KW Variant 3

My 1989 C4 as the stock springs with 1 year old Bilstein HD. Car is too high, handles a bit sloppy and still rides hard. I plan to use 16" D-90 with Z-02 Tires.
So, do I try going with HR Green and a good alignment, or go straight to K&W. Most likely I will not ever track car again, if I do it will be mellow beginners weekend. I plan to keep the car for many years, it only has 13,000 miles on it now. I am not concerned with resale value or keeping it stock.
This is my summer weekend and nice day car, it does not need to be cushy, but I live in Michigan and the roads are pretty horrible here and in the surrounding States / Provinces.
Any comparisons between those 2 setups on the same car?
Thanks!

The KW is definately nothing for going to track. I drove that and was really glad with legal street use. For going to track it has too soft springrates and it is not adjustable for getting it harder, or hard enough.
KW 3 is competitive to Bilstein PSS9 or 10.
For going to track you might need an KW comp. 2 or 3, but this is an complete other story. In price and technology.
The KW 3 has springrates of 30 kp in front and 100 or 110 in the rear.
Springs of the cup versions are 140 front and 180 in the rear. This is for showing the difference.
