Had a 964... sold it for a newer car... bought back a 964! That seems to be happening a lot these days, and it says so much about our "old" cars.

Is it slate gray? Love the seats!

Very nice car! Congrats!

Looks like the PO did all the right things - suspension, wheels, lights, mirrors, etc.

The interior is light gray - like yours. I like the colors more and more as time goes on.

I do need to get some pics - Sat is supposed to be nice, so a cleaning (and photos) are on the schedule...

Mine is a fairly dark gray, not light at all. I am curious what it is called. The interior code is 94 but I can't find that on any of the code lists.

Greg,
Actually I was wrong… just saw in your sig. that your Bimmer is an ’85, so you are moving to a newer car! I had late-model M6 on the brain, the big beefy bangle brute. Love those old M6s, though. The engines look great! Keep it! If it’s in decent condition, it can’t be replaced (in your heart) for what it’s worth on the market. Remember how you felt after you sold your ’91? Good, old cars are getting harder to find, Porsche or M6 alike. What a great collection you have!

Found this great M6 example: (not affiliated)

Default Great car - I'm back also...

I sold my 92 America Roadster C2 cab black/tan about six years ago Big Mistake! The love of my life. I have been giddy all weekend because I just bought a 92 C2 cab triple black - pick it up next week. Bimmers are great for what they are (2000 740i sport here) but never forget... There is NO substitute.
