Default Targa owners help required

I have a problem with my roof in that the rollers don't appear to be engaging in the headrail slots properly. It looks as if the need to move forward slightly to engage. I can adjust movement up and down, but not forwards. Does anybody have, or can they take a photo of their roof in position?
Thanks, Paul.
