Default Maintenance log

Hi, It is snowing like mad here so I have some time before plowing and shoveling. I am building a spreadsheet to outline what maintenance has been done to my car as it is new to me. It is my first 964 so I hope you will chime in as to what items I should include. I will be happy to share when I am done creating the list or if you have one of these already I will not have to re invent the wheel.
Thanks,
Steve

The obvious stuff. Oil change, tranmission/differential oil, brake fluid change/bleed/clutch slave.Valve adjustment, spark plugs/wires. Belts, A/C recharge. I like to keep a record of the camber and toe, front & back. I keep a record of everything that I do to the car, including the price of items purchased. If you have records from the P.O., you might want to include these. I'm sure that this list will be growing.

It's a function of just how **** you are. Sometimes you may want to keep track of pad thickness or rotor thickness, as well as tire mileage (if you have multiple sets of rims). Good luck with your tracking. I have been doing it for years, and it's helpful.

THANKS!!!!!!!! I need snow chains and a 9 inch lift kit. I am not used to having such a low car! I had to take a sledge hammer and wood block to pound down my chin and get the "smile" back. My wife came out and wondered what the hell I was doing?....adding hp of course!

Philips-head screwdriver, a pair of vise-grips, and time is all I've ever needed to straighten the smile. No smacking needed.

(Are you Really wailing away (via sledge blows) on your smile? Holy Moly! )

Yes, from the inside of the trunk. I had to pound the pan down back where is was when it was manufactured. The roads up here can be brutal! I pulled into a gas station and hit a heave in the road and hit the chin very hard............
