Just a quickie... My vacuum operated headlight adjusters have never
worked so I thought I'd do away with the Y-piece on the engine inlet.

Just had a thought; if one pipe from the Y connects to the inlet manifold,
one of the hard plastic pipes connects to headlight adjusted switch,
what does the other hard plastic pipe do?

Obviously, as I've done away with the whole Y-piece and joined the two
soft rubber tubes, I have also disconnected the other tube as well.
