Default Anyone know of any 964s breaking in the UK right now?

Hi folks. I need a nearside front valence (under the bumper) and have tried Europorsche - who seems to have disappeared, Douglas Valley who just ignored me, Russell at Partssource and Berlyn services..

The car looks terrible without it!

I was at Europorsche last week - they've recently broken a 964. Have you tried Prestige Salvage ?

At risk of being a bit cheeky Johnny, if you come across a perfect GP white 964 engine lid on your search could your contact me (or a white car being broken complete with engine lid). Many thanks.

If you read these forums, a Porsches is always breaking somewhere. Uh, but I know that's not what you meant - just the first association that popped into my head.

Sorry, I'll grab my coat and head for the door now...

Thanks boys..I'll try Europorsche again - never answers his phone. I'll email Porsch-apart, I thought he was mainly front engined but I see he has a snazzy website now! Never heard of prestige salvage, 'the UK's largest Porsche breakers'...I'll give them a try too..how do they rate compared with Douglas Valley? My experience of them (DVB) is OPC prices and a bad attitude.

If anyone has a gp white 964 in I'll ask about the engine cover, no worries.

Johnny, which part is the valence? is it something you can have shipped from USA? If you need any help....

Rich, isn't yours the autographed decklid? Are you thinking to remove it and save as a collectors piece? (sorry for hijack Johnny!)

Prestige are in Leeds, never had a problem with them. Douglas Valley remind me of the old style breakers where they'd rather set the yard dog on you than sell you anything - and they ain't cheap!

You're right. I'm planning to remove the decklid for road/track use and just replace it for Porsche events. For the remainder of the time it will hang on the office wall.
