I felt it needed its own special thread...sorry for taking up the front-page real estate!

I do like those wheels on your cab Kahdmus, they really suit it. Definitely makes it look 356-esque. The top picture is your dearly departed?

ilko - I don't think I have large enough waders to risk trolling through that particular cesspit! :P

Adam - yeah the top is my C4 that caused all the heartbreak. My kids are still so upset at that cars demise its unreal. They spent an hour browsing through pics of it just the other night and talking about the adventures they had in it.

Jim - thanks for the compliment. I hate chrome, yet I am a huge 356 fan (its the only other forum I read/post in) the wheels do have that whole classic porsche 'feel' to them and so I decided to keep them...plus the car had them as special option from the factory!

No they're real alright!

Seriously, yes they are and I think they were available on the 944 and 928. They were factory special order for the 964.

I had them on both my 944 Turbo SEs, except they were the D shaped hole version. My '90 Turbo came with D90s as standard, but I dumped those for the forged wheels; they have a real quality feel about them. Not that I sat there stroking them...

What they are really telling you is that you need to spend more time with them making new memories with the new car
