For those who still wonder which climate control servo does what, I compiled this image with extracts from the Workshop Manual, adding some captions.

My car wasn't heating correctly on left side and I identified the left servo for mixing plate to likely have failed : this plate mixes hot and cold air entry and was stuck on "cold".
That likely ruined the servo and I'll have to unfit and open it.

Meanwhile, I disconnected the linkage and fixed the flap on "Winter Position" ! (pull the linkage to the center of the car)

There are 5 servos in there and if I'm not mistaken, here is the list, from right to left (of the car) :

There are 3 facing you
- 27 : Right Mixing Plate
- 39 : Fresh Air Flap
- 27 : Left Mixing Plate

There are 2 behind :
- 34 : Defrost or Center Nozzle (right side)
- 40 : Footwell flaps (left side)
