Question OEM Mirrors -> I'm going to install Ruf Kit...

Hello again!!

It's time to make some changes for the coming season and I would like to know your experience about the issue.

I would like to replace the standard "flare" mirrors and get those purposeful stance with the CTR style mirrors and would like to check your opinions.

But, and here is the question, a new option came to me... I have the chance to buy a pair of new unusued 997 Gt3 Cup mirrors (very similar to Ruf mirrors). Unfortunately I don't have physically the GT3 Cup mirrors to compare them with. I wonder if they would fit well in a 964 doors.

Thanks for your time,

David

Those are nice. You'll have some body work to fill the holes, right?

I remember reading that your field of view is very limited with the Ruf mirrors, but they do look cool.

I actually prefer teardrops but if you want this look then you should use RUF rather than anything designed for the 997 imo.

Thanks for your help.

Kahdmus, I realize of that but basically Ruf or GT3 Cup mirrors are manual just glued to the windows... but the latter are better in terms of field of view by far...
