UPDATE

Finally got all out !!

How ?

Indeed, the 'chisel method' worked best. Did not use any heat because I could not get the screw cherry red with the butane torch.

I made a 'cross' in the head of the allen screw with a Dremel. Then I used a hardened chisel (Stahlwille... yes, German..) to tap sideways into the cuts I made in the head of the screw.
I used a small / light hammer instead of a big heavy one.

Took about 10-15 minutes easy tapping per screw and finally they went loose.

Any ideas how to treat the aluminium caliper? I brushed off the corrosion but how can I prevent it comming back ? Shall I put Zinc Coating on it ? Or something like a 'rust eater' ??

Thank you all for the tips & trics so far !

Regards,

On that job today, Ive got no heat, but am worried about knocking top off screw. A local specialist has got heat and told me to pop in with them for a small fee they would take them out........more money..

Best price for the replacements seems to be my local OPC with 10% discount for Porsche club members £68 all in for 4.

Any where cheaper in UK ?
