HID conversion problem?
Last month i fitted a HID headlamp kit, a massive improvment over standard when they both work!
The nearside lamp losses power after about 5 mins
At first i thought the relay was faulty, contacted the supplier and received another loom with relay. Fitted the new relay, and it still goes off after 5 mins!
Ive checked all the connections and they seam fine.
How do find which component is faulty?

Ballast could be the problem - disconnect both ballasts and switch sides. if the other side goes out, then faulty ballast, if not, then faulty lamp.

Sorted!
Fixed it, it looks like it was a bad connection.
I swoped the lamps over as a little test and now thwy work fine
I got the kit of flea-bay, the £89+10 del, cant fault the build quality. Well maybe a wire wasnt completley true, but it works fine now
