Default Porsche Cab to Speedster Conversion - Possible?

Is it possible to convert a 1991-1994 cabriolet to a speedster? If so, any idea of the cost of parts / labor involved?

I wouldn't do it- to do it right will cost $$$ and take time, and you'd have a franken porsche afterwards (I'd pay less money for a converted speedster than a stock C2 cab). Sell it and buy a speedster- the difference in price probably won't be much more than a proper conversion, and you'd have a car worth a lot more than a "molested" 964 cab.

All my opinion of course.
