seat bolster panel repair?
Recently acquired 964... the leather seats are in excellent shape, except one gash in the driver's seat bolster (which is about 2 inches long and maybe 1/2 inch wide, and is deep).
I've done quite a few web searches, but I haven't figured out... does anybody carry an invididual upholstery panel for this part of the seat? Or does anyone have the material for me to make my own? My wife has the sewing ability to stitch it)

I haven't seen any single panel sets you can buy. Your best bet would be to find a reputable upholstery shop and have them look at it. I had a panel on one of my sport seats replaced and the guy was able to pull out a book of swatches that had a section just for Porsche. He was able to order the proper color/grain and replace the panel. Honestly you can't tell anything was ever done, and I am very picky when it comes to stuff like this.
