Desperately need to get car smog-tested but my airbag light is on. In process of cleaning sensors for the airbags but need to clear codes afterwards. Anyone know where I can buy an interface board? I saw a link in another thread but it appears they no longer have any?Can anyone sell orloan me a board?

Sundog, you are a gent. That may have to be a plan as I really need to do something this week so the car can be smogged by next week at the latest.

Ideally however I'd like to buy an interface board and run the software on my laptop as others have done.

Anyone know where I can get a board.

That would not flunk the smog test in Georgia, and surely they don't have the 19-pin connector - that is almost impossible to find.

I am happy to ship you my scan tool, but surely there are some closer.

I purchased a complete scantool last week from rennlist member mojorizing for $140, shipping included .

Fantastic service and quality and it worked as soon as I plugged into my 964.

I thought the interface boards were about $20? If I could just get one of those I can configure the rest...

This is a complete unit with the custom machined OBD-1 connector.

Maybe you can get a cut down version without the connector and plug the wires into the socket manually.
