Screen washers
Sounds as though you have a non-return valve stuck open allowing the pressurised (or gravity fed) fluid to travel back into the small reservoir. Look to see where the ball valve is that separates the two pipe runs.

Then take out the one way valves, and remove the intensive washer tank, it does little and is a complete waste of space..
Or if you're going all RS'y take out the main tank and use the intensive as the main was as it weighs less.

I have just reached the same diagnosis - That I have a one-way valve stuck in the open position.
According to the PET, there are four of the things - Can you point me in the right direction as to where they are physically located?!? It's impossibly to see/get at anything behind the dash...
Thanks in advance,
Adam
Adam, I left all the valves and plumbing in place, like you said impossible to get at, and put a £2 one way valve on the concentrate screen wash tank. I assume you have the same problem I had; screen washers work fine however, open the 'hood' and a stream fires out of the concentrate tank vent.
