What are you using to hold the battery in place?

Mine came with an adapter that fit the original battery hold down location. I had do perform some minor blacksmith work on the positive terminal, but the hold down seemed pretty straight forward.

+1... just bolted the new one down to the existing bracket, very secure!

Positive cable is a stretch to get it to fit, but it will. For safety (DE regulation), I covered the top of the Positive with electrical tape.

Here's my design. The battery sits in a pocket machined into the UHMW "board". The board fits under the lip that anchors a standard battery and bolts down at the battery clip hole. The strap is bolted to two nuts that are embedded in the UHMW and holds the battery in the pocket.
I was going to buy a Rennline mount but making one was cheaper and more fun.
