Default 964 turbo start issues

My name is Brian. I have a 91' 964 turbo. I recently replaced the fan belt, a/c belt and throttle valve o-ring to seal the intercooler connection. After I re-assembled the top part of the motor I tried starting it and it would fire and turn over for approx 2 seconds and then it would die consistently. I can hear the front fuel pump prime when the key is turned. I checked the fuses for the front and rear fuel pumps and both tested fine. The relay checked out as well. I checked all the hose connections going to the intercooler and all were tight. All electrical connections are sound including the plug to the warm up regulator. The fuel filter is at least 4 years old. Nothing i check seems to come up with a problem and the car worked fine with the exception of the throttle valve o-ring before i made the repairs. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

Hi Brian and welcome. You will have more luck on the 964 turbo forum.

You sould like you have done the proper basic checks that I would do. Hopefully one of the pros will chime in.

You might search on cold-start issues.

Good luck.

Brian
Check the overboost switch back of intercooler...remove clip and ground .

a flakey switch can do that
