Had engine out for over one year for rebuild and update's. Now with battery reconnected as I turn the key to start position the Horn sounds? is it something in the alarm system or immobilizer system. searched forum for any fix. tried all the door lock and switch test's no luck. I do not hear fuel pump running with key on. I had removed DME relay and jumped it out
to pump out old stale fuel, so I know fuel pump works. I also have a new DME in place.
