As for the Canada thing If you are are from Canada and want it and willing to cover any weird charges from customs go ahead and bid and I will ship it to you. I had a part I sold cause the customs to send me a bill. I haven't done any thing with it, just waiting to see what happens. I marked the part as a gift too !
If you used UPS, there is a Brokerage fee that is charged everytime to clear it through customs in Canada. Could that be what you are talking about?
