Question Need input converting 964 C4 into C2

Hi guy's, I'm looking at a car. Actual the car is a C4. Question: is it a lot of work / money to convert into a C2?

Thanks for quick response.

it can be done but its costly...its not as easy as a 993...trans,shift console and alot of other parts....i would say around $5k if you did it yourself..

It's a question that's asked regularly. And the response is typically : Don't bother - sell your C4 and buy a C2.

Since you don't even own the C4 yet - then definitely don't!

don't convert. Why spend 5K+ to do something to a car that will decrease its value?

You could just trade with me as I have a great C2 Targa and am considering moving from the south up to somewhere cold and snowy! I suspect that I will wish I had a C4 when it snows.
