If you ever decide to sell that RUF steering wheel, I am a buyer!

Pete...you've been to my house, you know we don't have any knock-offs....

The airbox is covered in gold heat shield foil...got it through one of my IndyCar connections

The entire aluminum cage came from Ruf....but don't know who made it for them. They look the biz though. Its a nice bit of kit.

...and Pete got a seat that'd go great in your car...its listed here somewhere.

The cage is OEM'd by HEIGO Autotechnik GmbH
the make them in Steel and aluminium - the braces are optional - it's a nice peice.
http://www.heigo.de/index.html

they are imported by a few companies in the US besides RUF autocenter & FVD.

nice looking R

Cool now I know who makes it. Up until now all I knew is that it came from Ruf De...I got it in the original Ruf box....I bought it NOS from someone on East Coast who had had it in their "collection" for a very long time..it didn't have any markings or stickers on it, just a box w/the fastners. Nice quality though and not surprised its German. Kind of like a lot of Ruf bits, they source from high quality vendors and rebadge.

Looks great! Love the seats!!! Looks like original Porsche RS with custom made cushions, right?
End-Tips are not my taste but the rest is looking great in my eyes!

Do you have some more tech pics?

Greetings Christian

P.S: Cage could be made by Heigo but the mountings in the back looking special!

Here is my Heigo in my Ex-964-turbo-conversion:

There's a lot more info and pics here:

http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=81022

The tips look very good in person and fit the overall theme of the project. Tips are cookie cutter megaphone type modified for this purpose. The exhaust comes straight out of the cats w/no mufflers...so turbo-cat-straight pipe...
