Default Would ET60 rear and ET50 front wheels work without modification?

Found a set of wheels that i've been wanting for a while but they come in ET60 18X10 rear and ET50 Front. Would there be a specific spacer or might it work? I am just so dumb when it comes to the offsets, I'm not sure which way the number goes to represent it either sticking too far out or in. Thanks for the help!

You didn't mention the width of the front wheels but I'm guessing they'll be 8J or 8.5J so an ET50 should be OK. The rears are another matter. ET60 on a 10J wheel will foul the oil line on the right. You need to get the ET to something like 47 so you'll need a spacer of 13mm ideally.
