When I went to put my seatbelt on yesterday the receptacle came apart for no reason. I plugged into the passenger seat which works if I'm alone or with a passenger that I don't like

Being a piece of safety equipment I would rather get a new one then put the existing one back together. I've looked for it online with no luck. Does anyone know where I can get one of these? Also, if you've changed yours out, is it an easy install?

The seat PET is pretty hard to search, but as best I can tell its part number "964 803 183 00 - seat-belt buckle" that's number 32 in the picture. Have you found a part number on the broken one?

Once you have the part number Sunset or pelican are your best bet (no affiliation).

About the install, it it's anything like the rears on a 944 it should be really easy. Just make sure you've got the torque right. Might as well get new bolts and spacers too, why not...

The driver's side and passenger side receptor/receptacle for the seat belt have different p/n's

9648031830570B - Seat Belt Receptor

Replacement is very easy after the seat is removed.
