USA vs ROW Suspension

Is there a difference between the suspension on a USA spec car vs an ROW spec car?

That is, is the lowered ROW simply lowered, or are there other changes, as well?

I have Mo30 shocks on mine and its pretty darn low. I think that is ROW but could be wrong.
