I just converted to Big Yellows with much help from Bill V.
I also used a 993 m/c. The problem is the old system uses 10mm lines and the newer later systems use 12mm lines necessitating either adapters which can be had or, my installers (Kinetic) who also service some IMSA BMWs used a BMW brakeline that integrates 10 and 12mm terminations on the line itself- its apparently the way BMW designs their systems rather than going with either 10 or 12.

Anywho, the part number is 34-32-6-752-405.

There isn't- it was already installed before I could snap one. As I understand it, its basically a line that is terminated at one end with 10mm fitting and the other 12mm.

If you upgrade the m/c- trust me you'll need this or at the least a 10/12mm adapter.

Thanks Dave! Pelican lists it at $3.50 for anyone interested in purchasing it. The 993 MC is listed at around the same price with the decimal point moved a bit to the right

Does anyone know how this BMW 590mm Brake Line fits in place of the stock 964 brake line to install the 993 Master Cylinder. The BMW Brake line is a completely different length and bend pattern from the stock 964 line.

Thanks,

JF

The line is #3 in the parts diagram. How can this fit in place of the stock brake Line?
