964 import???
Hi
Was looking at a Japanese import 964 left hand drive tip 1991 with 64k.
The car has no service history,but is mint and has just had a full service with a Porsche dealer.
Any ideas if good or bad???

Burning Brakes
Only way to tell is to get a Pre Purchase Inspection from a reputable Porsche specialist. Make sure you ask for compression and leakdown tests as well and see what comes out. If the car has been poorly maintained then the PPI should show it.

Sean, I recently bought a 1990 Tip from Japan very similar miles and as you say 'mint' but like you, no Japan history. Pre delivery it was fully serviced with leak down test, runs real sweet - however, watch out for perished rubber components, specifically belts, it threw 2 alternator belts and the oil cooler pipes over the OSF wheel needed replacing. chris
