Easy engine air duct DIY

Three bolts hold part number 964-106-403-02, allowing you to change out your cracked rubber airduct. You will also need to remove the hose bracket shown at the top of the last photo to complete the install:

I'm doing some engine detailing during my 60K service and found my air duct also cracked. The new duct was only $30.41 from Sunset. I'm replacing every gasket, seal, belt, and hose I can get to. Probably some powder coating while I'm in there. This simple service is starting to be fun..... Engine out, everything removed, looking much better.

Air duct pieces were all over the back of my car last year. I opened the engine hood and noticed a hole in my air duct one day. One of the easiest DIY items I have done.

Good move using the disposable tupperware for putting bits in. I use that stuff more in the garage than we use it in the kitchen. Good photos.
