I don't think there are any good dual-purpose pads. If you track the car, use race pads. It doesn't take too much effort to swap them and you should definitely add fresh (DOT 4) brake fluid before every event, too. Also, bed in the pads (per manufacturer's instructions) before you arrive at the track.
You should only use pads which are designed to work at the type of temps you encounter at the track. Unlike superbikes, these cars are massive and repeated heavy braking will boil the fluid very quickly with street pads. Then the pedal will go soft and you'll press harder, glaze over the pads, they'll stop gripping and, well ... you can imagine what follows.
As for pads, I like the Performance Friction 97 Compound, aka PFC97's. Try these guys:

I'd recommend the Factory rotors available through the dealership. They're perfectly fine for track use and the hubs/hats are rust protected. Ask the parts manager for a PCA discount, promise him you'll be a frequent shopper, tell him you've got a lot of mouths to feed ... whatever. They can give you some kind of discount--you just need to ask.
And for comparison, you may want to get a quote from Sunset in OR.

Have fun and be safe,
