Default Toolkit for 964

Hi there,

I recently bought a 964 which came without the toolkit. I have been looking on eBay and I have found a number of Boxter toolkits - which look very similar to teh 911/964 toolikts. Can anyone confirm if they are the same? would the towing eye from the Boxter fit the 964?
Thanks in advance for your help,

seg

Hi Seg1959
I would suggest waiting for a 964 tool kit to come up on ebay .
They do come up now and then .
Many of the tool kits that are listed as 964 tool kits are not 964 tool kits .
When I see a full 964 tool kit for sale , I will send a link to you , if you like .
I got my tool kit from a German ebay auction for about $100 iirc .
The thing was missing the spark plug socket and the belt change wrench .

If you can't wait , try a few of the junkyards .

Try at Parts Heaven. They usually have some.
