Default Stock Wheel sizes for 1994 964 widebody?

Can someone help me out with the stock wheel size for a 1994 C4 wide body? They came with cup 1's.

Thanks

All cup 1's other than those used on the RSA's were 7 and 9 x 17" Et 55.

On RSA, they were 17X7 and 8s.

The C4 Widebody has 7 front and 9" rear 17" Cup1 wheels as stock equipment.

What's the VIN of the one you're looking at?

On all narrow bodied non-cup version 964's, the Cup 1's were 7 and 8's...

Thanks for the info, my cousin already picked up the car I dont have the vin number handy but I'll get it. Red with black and red piping. The original rims were repalced with some cheap 3 piece chrome bling crap. They were 17 inch but they're junk and he wants to go back to the stock set. Does anyone sell the OEM ones? What should he expect to pay for a good set?

Thanks

You can pick up 7 X 9 x 17 cup 1's cheap. Although 90% of the ones you will find used usually have scratched faces. A big mistake many owners of these wheels do is remove them from the car and leave them standing upright. Inevitably they will fall on their face and scratch.

I would recommend picking up a used scratched set for about $400 to $600 and have them repainted for a few hundred more.

I picked up 2 sets off of rennlist. One set was off a 13k mile turbo but had been dropped on their faces and needed paint on the centers only had a set of relatively new dunlop tires on them. I sold the tires and the lister was kind enough to give them to me for free so long as i picked them up the same day.

The second set was in similar condition with a lightly used set of new RA-1's on them. IIRC I paid $800 the tires alone were worth $1000. There are deals happening all the time just need to look.

I decided to paint them myself since I wanted an RS look and since the lips were fine all i needed was to mask off and paint the centers over.

I've been watching ebay and Craigslist and I think 4-6 is a little below the average price. I agree that deals happen and you may find some for 5, but if you want them in the next few months you will probably pay 7-9 unless you get lucky.

The Turbo & America Roadster came with C2 Turbo Wheels...

Front: 17x7 et55 Part #965.362.124.00
Rear: 17x9 et55 Part #965.362.128.00

If interested I have a set in excellent condition with the Porsche Part #'s and original hand-painted center caps... They have a set of Bridgestone Potenza SA-02 mounted with 50% treadlife remaining...
